REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please contact us via email.

1. Orders Status – Processing : Rs 40 Plus Transaction Charges of the Payment Gateway.
2. Orders Status – Packaging : Rs 70 Plus Transaction Charges of the Payment Gateway. 
3. Order Status – Shipped: Shipping charges will be deducted and balance will be refunded after receipt of product.
   
   

Timing of the Mail & Change of the order status will be taken into consideration while issuing a refund.

Mail sent to us on Weekends or Non working hours will be considered on Next Working day.

Refund will be initiated within 24 hours to 48 hours, you may receive the refund in next 24 hours in GK Wallet or 72 Hours in Bank

We will issue a refund after deducting the charges which have been incurred already.

Transaction charges will be saved if customer opt for GK Wallet Refund.

Transfer GK Wallet Money to Bank Account

Flat 3% Charges and Reversal of Cashback Offer on the transfer amount.

Damages and Return

Minor Damages of Discounted products are not eligible for refund or replacements.
